Went there for the first time today, the place was very dirty, didn't like the atmosphere either. Husband got coffee and was disappointed not to find Splenda. Also there should be a self serve half n half carafe.. no one knows the amount of cream you really want. I thought I was getting a hot drink but it was a cold drink... the girls didn't offer to make me anything different when I said "oh its a cold drink?"

Favorite coffee shop! The drinks are great and the customer service is phenomenal! The pricing is not bad at all considering what Starbucks costs and this place is way better!! We go several times a week.
